Welcome to Migratify! By installing or using our Shopify application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

1. The App Service

Migratify allows Shopify merchants to import product details (such as descriptions, images, pricing, etc.) from external websites into their Shopify store ("Imported Content").

2. User Responsibility for Content

• Ownership or Permission: You are solely responsible for the Imported Content you choose to import using the App.

• Representation: By using the App to import content, you represent and warrant that you either own the rights to the Imported Content OR you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents from the rightful owner(s) to copy, use, display, and sell products associated with that Imported Content in your Shopify store.

• Compliance: You agree not to use the App to import content that infringes on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights. You also agree not to import content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.

3. No Liability for Imported Content

Migratify provides the tool for importing; we do not provide the content itself, nor do we verify your right to use it. We are not responsible or liable for:

• The legality or appropriateness of the Imported Content.

• Any copyright infringement or violation of third-party rights resulting from your use of Imported Content.

• Any disputes arising between you and the original source or owner of the Imported Content.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Migratify and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights related to the Imported Content.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of Imported Content.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
